​We are a 128-unit condominium unit owners association,

located in the City of Roanoke with stunning views.

 

The community boasts secure entries, underground garage parking,

a walking trail and a lovely gazebo.

***ATTENTION PHEASANT RIDGE RESIDENTS***

WATER METER REPLACEMENT NOTICE

Western Virginia Water Authority has scheduled the replacement of all water meters at each building for Wednesday, August 12th beginning between 8-8:30 AM so the water will be shut off during this process until about 10:30 AM. The water should be off for about 30 minutes or so per building, and the water authority will notify residents when the water is turned back on. Please be prepared to be without water during this time.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please contact management at cgreene@hallassociatesinc.com
